Recently I found myself on a all-expense paid retreat for achieving a specific leadership rank with my primary opportunity. Now one thing that I like to do on vacations is to try and relax and stay away from business-related activities as much as possible. However on this specific instance, I was inspired to share with you on how genuinely humbling it is to have a getaway completely paid for by a company that appreciates ones achievement. I know that for many of you that may seem out of reach at the moment, but I wanted to encourage each of you how realistic it is to be able to get there. Just don’t quit, as they say, there is plenty of room at the top!
